Message from the Dean With the retirement of University President,
Philip Pumerantz, he leaves a legacy of great
value. It is his values and ideals — the fabric of
this university — that will continue to guide
the development of compassionate, caring
and competent health professionals for
generations to come. It is with love,
admiration and gratitude that we thank
President Pumerantz for his 38 years of
remarkable leadership.
As we approach 2016, our thoughts turn to
the planning of our 20-year Anniversary
celebration. This is an ideal time to reach out
to our nearly 1,900 alumni and take note of
our shared accomplishments. We are planning
a year of celebration with many events and
opportunities for our alumni and friends to
learn more about the College of Pharmacy, to
spend time with classmates and share stories
of success. Be sure to watch for news as our
anniversary plans unfold.
