Student pharmacist Alana Zapata is a “Renaissance woman.”
Influenced by her travels through Asia and Europe, and the work of
Leonardo Da Vinci, Zapata is inspired to blend arts and sciences.

Diversity Partnership Pathway
The Kaiser Permanente Apothecary Circle program was founded in
2007 with a mission to attract students in underrepresented ethnic
groups to the pharmacy profession by providing mentoring
opportunities, practical experiences and leadership development.
