                                                                  Hispanic Health Leadership Award!

                                                                  Dr. Mario Jimenez, Director for Diversity Initiatives,
                                                                  College of Pharmacy, received the Hispanic Health
                                                                  Leadership Award at the 12th Annual Hispanic Health
                                                                  Professional Student Scholarship Gala held on November 21,
                                                                  2019 at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel. This award is
                                                                  presented to outstanding individuals who have served in
                                                                  significant leadership roles and have helped improve the
                                                                  health of Hispanics and other under-served populations.
                                                                  Over the past few years, Dr. Jimenez has worked very closely
                                                                  with the National Hispanic Health Foundation to advance
                                                                  culturally competent quality health care and diversity in the
                                                                  workforce.
