Residency Showcase

The annual Residency Showcase has been one of the most anticipated WesternU ASHP/CSHP events for many years, often drawing
dozens of residency programs and students from surrounding pharmacy schools. This year, in order to better serve residency
programs and students, the schools of pharmacies in the Los Angeles area decided to host one Southern California Regional
Residency Showcase. WesternU was chosen as the location of this inaugural event, which occurred on Friday, September 27.
WesternU hosted 62 residency programs from around California and over 350 students from 12 schools. Our board, committee
volunteers, and especially our External Vice Presidents Gabby Szczeblowski and Stephy Lee, worked incredibly hard to ensure the
event was organized and advantageous for both programs and students. We are incredibly proud that we were able to offer the first
annual event, and we look forward to hosting the event in the future when it comes back to WesternU.
